After a successful career with Southwestern Bell, Pacific Bell and AT&T, I decided to help people with one of the most important financial decisions they may encounter in their lifetime. The buying, selling and investing in real estate. My former career prompted me to move several times in a few different cities. I had both good and bad experiences when buying or selling a home. I decided I wanted to offer exceptional service to people who are making decisions with one of their most expensive investments in their portfolio. I did not want them to be left with “chance,” so I aligned myself with the #1 Real Estate company in North America.

I study the market daily, view homes when they come on the market, follow the overwhelming statistics of days on the market, list price, sales price, Sales price to list prices and trends over the last 30/60/90/120 days out to 10 years to help my clients make the best informed decisions. Since 2002 I have helped 100’s of people with their real estate needs with over $300 Million of closed transactions.

My philosophy is simple: Clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping you fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through the achievements I have made or awards I have won, but through the satisfaction of our clients.

In a world where 'responsiveness' is literally a mouse click away, that term unfortunately happens to be at the center of the #1 customer complaint about the real estate industry. I WILL never hear, nor do I want to hear others say: “My realtor won’t call me back”. “I don’t have an update”. “I can’t get a straight answer"....I have taken this to heart and make sure my clients are RAVING FANS! My best compliment is when I'm introduced to their family and friends. Therefore, much of my business is referral based.

I am originally from the Midwest but have lived in San Diego since 1998 with my wife of 30 plus years. We have 1 adult son who is a SDSU alumni (Go Aztecs)! When we are not working, we enjoy a good BBQ, movies, golf and just good ole fashioned family time.
